Disappointed in takealot.com

Honestly disappointed with takealot, I had ordered a parcel on the 18th of July, I wasn't event given an option for delivery I was strictly told my parcel would be delivered on the 28th. Without communication whatsoever the delivery was not delivered, upon calling them I was than told one item is still unavailable, as I track my order on the 31st of July I see that a portion of my delivery is cancelled whereby the other portion is scheduled on the 1st of August, I still await communication, and I still await my parcel.
