Disappointed in Takealot South Africa

I logged a return with Takealot via the app and with no refund or product it shows my return has been concluded, I have sent multiple service requests with no response and I can get hold of anyone to assist me with getting my money back or exchange product.

I returned the product the same day, unused and with all its items still in the box. the product was slightly damaged as well.

I have been a loyal customer to Takealot South Africa and have never experienced this until now but its very disappointing because I don't have my money back or the product so basically this is theft
