Disappointed in Takealot

I order a lot from takealot, but the last few times my orders end up wrong, after waiting 5-7 days long for it to be delivered, still not delivered as promised, now I have to wait 10 days, it arrives, but the order is wrong, then you have to send it back, after 3 to 4 days, they come and collect it, and when it shows up in their warehouse, then only can you do a refund. Another few days passes, then only the money reflects in your bank. What a waste of time and money. I will not order from them again, bitten twice and not again. Very disappointed.
