Disappointed in takealot

I'm extremely disappointed in takealot again. I ordered christmas gifts. I received 3 but the Ginologist Snow Globe did not come. I says will be delivered on 23rd of Dec but is not even shipped yet. Takealot is not the best for online shopping anymore, they loose orders don't deliver on time. Im extremely disappointed christmas is around the corner and now i don't have my aunt christmas present because Takealot messed up again. I'm truly not going to shop at Takealot anymore more. To much bad experience
