Disappointed in Takealot

Huge fan of TA but was disappointed at the resolution of a return. Purchased a bunch of stuff which amounted to R1500 in total which qualified me for a R200 voucher. One of the items purchased was R250. Maybe not even 2 days later the item was on sale for R150. I purchased a few of the said items and many more. I returned the item that I paid R250 for, I even put a comment that if you charge me R150 that I would take it. I was shocked only to find out that I was refunded just R50. TA just took away the R200 for the voucher. I tried to explain to the consultant by illustrating whereby if the item returned was R20 for example. Response was that the voucher will be distributed amongst all the items and the appropriate amount would be refunded. The consultant still couldn't understand even after me providing a table with all the items and their relevant proportions of the voucher. Very disappointed in TA as the ticket was just closed ...
