Disappointed in takealot

I placed an order on the 19th of December and it said that delivery will be on the 23rd it's the 28th today and I still didn't get my order when I called they said that my order was sent to the wrong place and on top of that it was suppose to be Christmas gifts for my family so I went to a Christmas lunch without any gifts also there as been no communication from them to let me know what is going on I had to call and spent R200 airtime waiting on the line I asked for a manager to call me and I'm still waiting for that to happen bare in mind they working from home so they really don't care if people are not getting there orders I'm so disappointed in the service of takealot 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
