Disappointed in takealot

I'm disappointed in takealot.com because they gave me a R250 coupon for my first shppping there and they cancelled an order and gave me another coupon for the canceled order of 136 the problem is the coupon expired when I didn't want to go shopping and I asked if they could change the coupon date and they said no. Even though it is really easy to generate a coupon. Then I sai fine can I have cash refund and they said No because of the R250 coupon they gave everyone for being the first time shopping. I just think they can dp a better job and know that some customers know how coupons work. Stupid that they couldn't generate a new coupon. Literally takes 5 seconds to make a coupon!!!
