Disappointed in service

Firstly, trying to contact takealot is an absolute nightmare. I've been trying to phone there contact number but when you get transferred to the relevant department the call is simply ended. I'm a regular client but are now having returns issues with them. Unable to resolve these issues as there service centres are non existent...
