Disappointed in bad service.

Very disappointed in how Takealot service has degraded. In the past, orders would be received in 2 or 3 days. With my most recent orders it took over a week and the order had late shipments. I am still waiting for an item that was ordered and paid on 5 April, and it is now 14 April. The staff at the Bloemfontein branch also have terrible attitudes and aren’t very friendly. I will definitely think twice before ordering from Takealot again.
