Disappointed, Horrible, Terrible, and Awful service received

I placed an order on the 25th June for delivery 05 July which i didnt mind. The problem started when i track the order on the 3rd and saw that order is going to be delivered on the 4th which didn't happen, until i logged a enquiry on the 4th and automatically it changed to the 5th July. I got the message that delivery is for 5th but didnt happen, i got an sms saying that delivery has been scheduled to the 8th without any communication at all. I logged a call on the 5th late after receiving the message, i got a message today morning that delivery will be done today 6th, tracked the order now, order stated " COURIER DELAY, WE'LL RESCHEDULE DELIVERY" this is before the 5PM slot for delivery.

I have been ordering from Takealot before and this is the first time i have experienced such terrible/ horrible, service. Im truly disappointed in this and dont trust i will order from Takealot again.
