DISAPPOINTED & Frustrated

Order #*** Soo disappointed, products received in a poor state i.e with dust and tampered boxes. Both big fans cannot be assembled because some parts are missing and they put two extra front covers. Mini-fan boxes received empty. i returned the items in December for a REFUND because they could not be assembled and parts were missing, They declined the return and brought back a different set which was even worse than the 1st one.

Customer services was called both times but could not assist. I'm soo disappointed at takealot.com after being their customer for soo many years.
