Disappointed first buyer.

I ordered a router on the 3rd of March and paid for guaranteed delivery. The order was approved and dated 4th March for delivery. Nothing got delivered on the 4th and I called to ask if it would be delivered on the 5th since I did pay for the next day delivery. The consultant told me sure it’s possible they were just overwhelmed. Nothing came. On the 7th after numerous calls and follow ups the order finally gets “shipped” and will be delivered latest 7pm that day. Nothing was delivered. Today 8th March I called to find out what the hell was going on. Only to find out that they don’t have stock and it has to be taken from their Cape Town branch. This is my first time using takealot and I’m so disappointed. In everything. Their lying staff and service. What a disappointment. I guess no one cares about customer service when the company is too big.
