Disappointed far beyond

I am so disappointed with the treatment from TakeAlot.

I ordered three items from them, on the 30 August, and paid for next day delivery. The things I ordered have still not arrived. I tried calling them on the 31st when one of their call centre agents HUNG UP ON ME. Today, I received a message from their branch telling me their drivers have contacted and I rescheduled the delivery. The driver has not contacted me! No one has answered my emails! I called their head office and someone told me that they will deliver today, only to find out that they have rescheduled my delivery without even contacting me!

What disgusting service!
