Disappointed

I was initially happy with the product but 6 months down the line the paint is coming off from the kettle on its own, it looks chipped and unappealing. I returned the kettle for an excha but takealot insisted that I need to return the toaster as well, they come to collect the toaster and driver decided not to notify the office, it has been a week now there different people knocking at my door for completion while they've already collected the product. I'm sitting with no kettle and toaster, I've made deserveral calls to the center but no success. This is such a terrible experience
