Disappointed.

I have been a long time takealot customer. Probably spent close to or more than R200k since joining. I received a hisense soundbar, I ordered and paid for one. They sent me two unknowingly in the packaging crate. I returned both actually, but my point is I returned the one not paid for, which they had no idea about, because on their waybill only one was delivered. Not so much as an acknowledgement. On my part it's the honest thing to do in returning it, no question. However at the same time it just feels like they don't actually give a ...t! By the way still waiting for my credit.🤔
