Disappointed!

I have never been so disappointed, I placed an order and Takealot duplicated the 1 product. I returned it and asked for the correct item to be delivered to me. So help me they are now returning the Weingarten item again! The y say I must reject the order but there is a R35 difference between what I ordered so I will lose R35, unacceptable. What has happened to your once great service Takealot?
