Disappointed customer: Product looks like rejects

Hi,

Bought the below pots from you and when opening the box. I noticed that the big pot has a big dent on the side which is clearly visible as well as one of the serving s****s also has a dent. This actually looks like rejects. Very disappointed in my first purchase and will definitely not place an order again.
