Disappointed Customer!

I purchase a toy for my daughter and received the incorrect order. The parcel was collected and i was advised my order was out of stock. I purchased the item using my credit card and as per the return policy the amount was to be credited back into my credit card account. The amount was credited to my takelot account. I have sent through numerous emails for my credit card to be refunded with no response to date.
