Disappointed customer

Very disappointed and upset that two of my paid orders was cancelled as advised out of stock, takealot has only credited me for the one order and the order which i paid over R1000 was not credited. This was my first time I ordered with takealot and very unhappy that there is no one I can contact to get my money back..
