Disappointed customer

Good day I'm writing this review because I'm disappointed with the service rendered by takealot. I placed an order on the 22nd of May 2024 then my order was scheduled for delivery for the 31st of May then received communication that my order is rescheduled for delivery for the 28th of May Between 08:00-17:00 I waited the whole day even on the 31st of May as it was my initial delivery date today it's the 1st of June I haven't received anything I'm still waiting until when I don't know
