Disappointed client

I’m disappointed in Takealot,bought a Russell Hobbs fan but it started mulfunctinong,returned the fan as it was still under warranty ,mind you it’s almost a month now and they haven’t returned the fan,now they telling me that the supplier rejected the quote for fixing the fan and they only telling me because i requested for feedback,I’m disappointed and angry.
