Disappointed

I recently bought a replacement screen for my IPhone 17 on Takealot, over the years I’ve bought hundreds if not thousands of products from them and never complain about the defective products I just move along, long story short I put on the screen immediately after putting the screen on the screen over heated and drained my battery very fast I did put a rivew that the screen overheats same day two week later the screen went full black I then took of the screen but in the process of doing so it would crack and be brittle so I did return it and asked for a replacement however they declined my return with no furth communication as to why they did so I’m truly disappointed after being a loyal customer for more the 8 years
