Disappointed

Ok let me start with my experience with Takealot, i have never had any problems with takealot nor do i complain on social media but after today this was the last of it: As i stated in a private message that their delivery people are rude and explained my situation that led to cancel my order i am still waiting since monday for a response, today the delivery guy shows up when he was supposed to deliver on Monday, i phoned him back and said i did asked for my order to be canceled he wrote on my order list i refused to take the parcel, which makes us as the customers look bad. I was really happy with takealot but for future wise i’ll think twice before ordering again.
