Disappointed by the service I received for Takealot

Bought a charger at Takealot and the charger didn’t even work for a while so I returned it back as it was still under warranty. A logged a return for the same item, only to find out that the only thing I got was an adapter without a cable, returned the item back mid Feb 2026 for credit to be load on my account or a refund to my bank And by that time the item was still under warranty.

I’m telling you that the case was handled by three different people who all had different opinions, there was no empathy for regarding the wrong item, all I got was script emails and I had to go back and forth with them and the would take weeks to respond back.

Takealot just doesn’t care about their customers.
