Disappointed by take a lot online shopping

I'm very disappointed, It was my first attempt ordering from take a lot. I've ordered 3 items slow-cooker, drill and drill bits but I'm very disappointed with the drill bits, it got blunt in 1 driller and some got broken like sticks. I will never ever recommend this product to any one, even buying from this company will never ever attempted again
