Disappointed

Worst experience ever. After ordering and having an SMS sent for confirmation that my order will be delivered from 08:00 and before 17:00. I can tell you even now I'm still waiting what they tell you is your order is still on the way delivery before 17:00 even their online page you track your order even after 5 but you still have the same information. I'm so disappointed how do you set an expectation and not honour it. Not even an SMS stipulating that your order will be late nothing. You have to do followups yourself because yeah at the end of the day it's your order and not. After I was on hold and got cut off without a resolution, waiting for more than 30mins and no one can tell where your order is. I'm so disappointed....
