Disappointed 😞

I made an online order from takealot and paid R1476 successfully from my bank and received notifications that the money was paid description takealot,however on the app it was still saying awaiting payment, contacted takealot for the whole week even sent the proof of payment from my bank yet no feedback from takealot,when I call my bank they say money was paid successfully to takealot via payfast...when I call payfast they say the same thing...I'm frustrated

On the 09th I made a payment of R1476. Which the product was for my sick mom, when payfast and takealot started giving me problems, on the 12th I made another order of R1188 which was delivered on the 14th, the first order was canceled by takealot due to no payment received....the R1476 still no update from I'm been sent from pillar to post, why I'm i the one to run around for my money as a client? Or customer I don't know the deal or agreement u both have...now I'm frustrated don't even know where to run to for assistance

Since the 09th of September...today is the 21st October 2024 nothing have been done, no more updates from takealot
