Disappointed

Takealot has always delivered great service, however I realise it is only when it suits them. They apply different standards with returns and will inly accept a return if it suits them. Even if something is defective. They also send deliveries on days not selected so the poor delivery guys has to drive up and downs to reach recipients. I am disappointed in their service and consistency.
