Disappointed! Bad customer service!

So I place an order a month ago with takealot. They say it's only getting delivered on the 24th June 2021. I phoned and asked why so they said the one item is only getting to then today 21 June. They then split the order for me so I can get the other items as this is for my daughter's birthday on the 24th June. I get my order and they send 2 of the same book. How difficult is it to look at the order and see that you put the same book in the box????? I return it so they can exchange it. Now they have to evaluate the return then approve it then I must wait 2 to 5 days for the new book. By this time my daughter's birthday will be over. I then ask them to rush the outstanding items and I will pick it up at the boksburg branch which is up the road from my house so I can be sure to get it before the 24 June as I'm working from home and had my work address up for delivery so we are all working from home because of the third wave. He says he can't change it. I've been using takealot for years. Maybe it's time to stop. I've always been happy with their service but now they were just so unhelpful and didn't even care.
