Disappointed

I've complained about their delivery services several times but my complains go to deaf ears...the ladies that supposed to deliver our parcels, it's either she'll tell you she can't carry your parcel cause she has long nails or she'll tell you to come to her house to fetch the parcel... what's the point of paying delivery fee then... this service is frustrating and annoying
