Disappointed at takealot services

I'm so disappointed at this company how they handling my return. After I've logged the return their courier company comes to collect then asks for a letter from me to sign, I didnt have they leave without the item. I call takealot they confirm theres no such.

After a week with ne call for the collection the courier comes again and collects the parcel but they say I must call takealot to ask where they must deliver the item as they dont know? I call takealot the following day and then are also surprised by such. A week goes by with back n forth of emails takealot has not received my item and finally when they find it is missing some items.

As I speak this query is still going back n forth with no solution I have them everything now the items are missing n nobody is taking responsibility for these.

I am so tired speaking to different people everyday and nothing is being resolved.
