Disappointed and upset with service!

*** I've tried calling this number twice, pressed 2 to your returns department (as a returned item was collected last week Tuesday and I have stillnit been credited). Whoever was in this department at 12:50 on 10 June 2022 needs to be wrapped on the knuckles for answering the calls and leaving it off the hook while they have a long fat chat about utter ****! I'm very upset, takealot! Very! This was a birthday present for tomorrow for my husband!!!I have submitted 2 online queries.
