DISAPPOINTED AND DISSATISFIED!!
I have been a client from takealot for many years, and found shopping from them very easy and hassle free. However, recently I log a returned same day after receiving an unsatisfactory product back. To my surprise my return is declined with no refund!! And I didn't even receive any explanation as to why??!! Product was returned unused...
