Disappointed and disgusted in takealot delivery service.

1 star is still to much of I could I would give no stars I would, as I am disappointed amd disgusted in takealots delivery team, my delivery was scheduled for Monday 2nd December 2024 I got a message saying that my stuff was sent to the wrong courier facil but it was delivered to the brackenfell depot which is the area it had to be delivered, the delivery team then sent another message yesterday 2nd December 2024 that my stuff will be delivers the 3rd December 2024, but got a another message on the 3rd December 2024 at 5.31am saying the same thing and that they will reschedule again. I am disgusted and disappointed with the delivery service of takealot, they need to give better reasons why and stop rescheduling deliveries and do there jobs properly and not commit to a schedule if they can't deliver.

I feel they are misleading people by telling customers your delivery is scheduled for a specific day and then for no valid reason change it as they feel fit. Stop misleading people please.

Once again no service delivery from takealot, I sent 2 emails today but no response as to when I will receive my products. They are becoming more and more pathetic. It is like they don't care about customer service at all. I will never buy from them again this was my last. You pay for your stuff and delivery/service from them but to no avail. I am deeply disappointed in TAKEALOT. Never again will I buy I don't and won't recommend them to anyone.

Why does takealot have the power to cancel orders and reschedule deliveries as they please why do they have the power to do what they feel is right for them and not the customer. I feel they should close there does they are really pathetic.
