Disappointed after Products and Service

Returned a set of cheap quality earphones on the 26 April 2021. To date I still haven't received my credit. Each time I follow up on my query, a new consultant replies asking the same questions over and over again. I seem to be going in circles with no resolution to the problem. Takealot need to relook at the quality of products and after sales processes.
