DISAPPOINTED

I placed an order on the 11th December 2024 it was supposed to be delivered on the 13/12/24,got an sms saying my parcel was delivered in an incorrect courier facilities and that they will deliver on the 16/12/2024.Today it's the 16/12/24 time:16:42 no communication so I decided to call them,olny out find out that they cannot deliver in a dangerous area..ok I understand but why not communicate.i was supposed to have gone to the rurals already💔💔💔💔😓
