Disappointed

I bought a phone on the 5th October 2023, it was functioning well. Then on the 22nd October 2023 the phone started to automatically go on and off continuously. I logged a return to takealot for repair or exchange but it was declined, reason being the phone warranty expired on the 25 October 2025. How they refuse to assist while they are the one rendered a service. If you need a peace of mind and value for your money, NEVER BUY a phone through them😡😡😡
