Disappointed

I recently made a order on takealot #*** and when I paid for this order it was subtracted from bank twice so its as if I made to orders, I contacted takealot and they ask for proof of payment where it shows it was deducted twice and I sent it to them only for them to tell me take it to capitec bank in which they told me to get permission from takealot for the bank to withdraw that exstra amount from takealot which will probably not be send so I'm sitting with money that was withdrawn from bank from using takealot so jha don't know what to do but not happy about it
