Disappointed

Oh Takealot, how disappointed I am in you!! Ordered on 24/12, you promised to deliver on 27/12. No delivery in sight, no communication whatsoever! When I phoned you, your only explanation was, it was delivered to the wrong hub... No effort whatsoever to try and get it to me today as it was your stuff up. Nooo, it will maybe be by me on Tuesday... I have always recommended you to everybody! No more!! Disgusting customer service, no respect for you as a customer at all!!!
