DISAPPOINTED

i bought an item with Takealot and i chose to pickup y order at one of their branches but the information for pickup is not clear because there is no way mentioned i will need an an email in order to get my items but only a pin but when i get there they say i must scan the code. meaning with takealot you wont be collecting your order if you don't have a smart phone!!! COME ON GUYS...
