Disappointed

I am extremely disappointed in Takealot.com services very poor, I returned a bed as I was not happy with it (which I had for a few hours) and I received an sms stating they will collect it on the 20th December 2019 I waited home all day and no one arrived this is pathetic and poor service delivery when I made payment I made it immediate!!! Now I have to fight for the goods to be returned and money to be refunded the drivers won't call no one sits at home waiting for people to deliver!!! I need an urgent call from Takelot as this is purely unacceptable even their tracking is absolutely useless!! Try calling the number on sms you will hold forever spending more in returning the goods then the actually amount paid for... I am not happy about this and have ordered from Takealot numerous times and this is the first time I am returning goods but this is the worst experience I have ever had!! When delivery or collection of goods are made you need to notify customers accordingly and professionally we are paying for the goods we are not getting it for free!! Instead we get a stupid sms meaning sit at home and wait for the drivers to collect or deliver your goods we work and we have things to do!! We cannot wait all day for your drivers to come at their own time without notification!
