Disappointed

I ordered a pair of earpods from Takealot. I've used it once and didn't like it because it hurt my ears when I had them in use.

I tried returning them but it was not returnable under my order section. So I mailed Takealot sent them the info they needed and only to be told nothing can be done because of the warranty.

So I'm stuck with an earpod I can't use
