Disappointed

I was so disappointed, with the whole situation. My order was suppose to be delivered on the 30th of August. Yet I had to call and email them, apparently I had to do all the follow up, on the 1st and 2nd of September and I was I told that I should wait another week for it. My main concern is, why did they had a delivery date for?
