Disappointed

I bought a duffle bag for R400 that stated its size was 34".. I recieved a bag that was 30cm... I was highly disappointed as my husband wanted to use it for travel... I logged a return its been 3 days since it was collected and on my app tracking it shows the item has not been collected and I have not been refunded my money.. I am highly disappointed with takealot as I am a loyal customer but this is just not on as I need to purchase another bag because my husband will be leaving in a weeks time..
