DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!

Ordered a menstrual cup size M! When I received it on the box it says M; the inside packaging says S…!! The cup is 15ml meaning it’s a small, it’s not what i ordered!!!!!! What do i do cause you say this is a non returnable item!!!!! I WANT you to resolve this mistake you made asap!!!!!!!!!
