Disappointed

I purchased 2 items on Takealot on the 10th of February but they only delivered 1 item, the courier driver said they delivered the other item to a wrong address and would deliver it the next day. I then received a call from the courier company informing me that my address is “too far” after questioning how they managed to deliver the one item they delivered they promised to deliver the next morning. To my surprise both items are marked delivered but I have not received my other item, no communication whatsoever from Takealot. I am so disappointed with the service I am getting from them .
