Disappointed

I'm suddened by the service I received at Takelot. The Item I purchased was defective and I returned it. To my surprise, Takealot refunded me only 40% of the purchase price. Takealot is only great when everything goes well but when there's a refund incolve, they will rip you off. This is daylight *******. Luckily it was a small item! I've been with Takealot for years and this is where my business with them ends.
