DISAPPOINTED !!

<p>Order was placed and paid for earlier this week. delivery was confirmed for Thursday. I was ok with that, since i needed the items for the weekend [to supply as gifts]. Tried to track order, and was advised that delivery was confirmed for Friday, 1 day later than initially planned. and before 1pm... at 1;05 pm I started tracking the parcel agin, only to find out that the parcel would not be delivered today ! how on earth do you run your business ? and how do i now rock up at the bday party with out the planned gift ??? really disappointed with your service delivery</p>
