Disappointed

I want to know why is this company not even considering my application for employment. I have so much experience but I am disabled. I know that I'm a suitable candidate but every time I get declined. I know of a person who hasn't worked in a while and I don't know if the person has any qualifications. I have matric, I'm busy completing my diploma in Public Management and I have +- 11 years of administration experience with completed courses
