Disappointed

I bought an item on the 07 December 2019 and logged a return on the 12 December 2019 for a refund, when reviewing my account on the 5 February 2020 I find that my bank account was not credited , I call and and enquire only to find out that the item is still at the pick up point , after calling in and requesting a refund I was given credit on my account, why would I want to use your service again? I would like a REFUND and not credit .
